Today is the day!!! It's the CFC Swim Party Day! Meet you all at 7pm at Johnson Park Youth Center in Borger!

So many hilarious things can go wrong when you get people together at the pool! If you want to get in on the fun, or simply be a spectator of the silliness join us tomorrow night! We are going to be swimming at Johnson Park in Borger from 7pm-9pm. There is no cost to attend the CFC Swim Night! See you tomorrow CFC!

We are saddened to share this with you all! We gained Mrs. Frances and Mr. Leroy through our work during the Fritch Fires and we absolutely loved having them. This weekend Mrs. Frances joined Mr. Leroy in Heaven and what a joyous “friend” 😊 reunion it was!

Howdy CFC Family! Temperatures are rising, hot days are becoming the norm and more and more fun things are happening in our area! We hope you have had an amazing summer so far! Amidst all the fun, don't forget church on Sunday! We hope to see you guys then! Services are at 10:45am and we have a Coffee Stop open before for those of us who need an extra start to the day!

⚠️⚠️Don't Forget!⚠️⚠️ Tomorrow is our church wide work day! We need help with everything from small projects, to organizing and setting up rooms! If you are free we'd love to have you here! Dinner provided to those who come! We are working from 5pm-9pm come and go as you need!

!!Sermon Recap!! We face criticism daily in many forms. How can we live beyond the criticism? 1. Focus on our assignment, rather than our failures. --God has placed you here for a purpose, focus on that and stay the course. Once you do, the failures will fade away and you'll continue to work towards your God given purpose! 2. Let God replace your fear with faith! --We have a tendency to let the criticism generate fear in our lives that will stop us from doing what God has called us to do! Spend time with God and allow Him to replace the fear with faith that He is with you and will walk with you through everything you do! 3. Learn to view the pain and purpose with a generational mindset. --Everything we do, each action we take, the words we speak will essentially be creating our legacy and what we leave for those around us to grow on. Make sure that you are not allowing the criticism to control you, break the cycle so that your family won't have to later! 4. Ask to see and hear the bigger picture. --There is a plan at work in our lives far greater than we can imagine. Ask God to show you His plan and you'll be amazed and what He sees that we don't. Knowing a small portion of your purpose in this greater plan will help fuel you forward! Most of all remember Jesus himself was the recipient of criticism in a form we will never see or understand and yet he knew his purpose, he knew what it would accomplish and spent a lot of time with God building his faith in that plan. We can now rest on the truth that God's plan will stand and no criticism from anyone will stop his purpose in your life!

🎁Operation Christmas Child🎁 This Sunday, October 14th, we will have shoe boxes available for Operation Christmas Child! We have boxes available for Boys and Girls ranging in age from 2-14 years old. Each shoe box should be filled with toys, hygiene items, school supplies etc. If you do not want to fill an entire shoe box you may donate funds to help cover $9 shipping cost to help purchase other items for the boxes.
